• 2022

  Foshan Jinchan Tianhe New Energy Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd is established.  It is a high-level research and development institution jointly established by GMK and Academician Qu Jinping of South China University of Technology. The research institute focuses on the development of cutting-edge technologies in the fields of new energy, new materials, high-end equipment and advanced technology, and is committed to introducing and training high-level talents to realize the transformation and industrial application of relevant scientific research achievements in Sanshui District. GMK and Jinchan Tianhe will forge ahead, embark on a new journey, and jointly write a new chapter in the development of GMK!

• 2021

  1. In September 2021, GMK won the third prize of the "Foshan Quality Management Achievement Competition" organized by the Foshan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.

  2. In August 2021, GMK was rated as "Foshan City Quality Management Maturity 4A Enterprise" by Foshan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.

  3. In May 2021, GMK obtained the "People's Republic of China Special Equipment Production License" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and was approved to engage in the production of Class D (including Class I, Class II, and Class III low-pressure vessels) pressure vessels (including design, manufacture, installation, repair, transformation).

  4. In April 2021, the innovative R&D and manufacturing team of GMK Intelligent Equipment was awarded the "Labor Award of Guangdong Province" by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

  5. In April 2021, GMK was rated as "Advanced Collective in Sanshui District, Foshan City" by the CPC Committee of Sanshui District, Foshan City and the People's Government of Sanshui District, Foshan City.

  6. In April 2021, GMK was rated as an "Advanced Trade Union Organization" by the Federation of Trade Unions of Yundonghai Street, Sanshui District.

  7. In February 2021, GMK was named "2020 Foshan Hidden Champion of Manufacturing Industry" by Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce and Foshan General Chamber of Commerce.

• 2020

  1. In November 2020, after being reviewed by the Guangdong Patent Award Evaluation Committee and reviewed by the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office, the Guangdong Provincial People's Government issued a patent for GMK's invention "a production process and system for positive and negative electrode slurry for lithium batteries" (patent number: ZL 201310200152.1 ) awarded the "Guangdong Patent Silver Award".

  2. In June 2020, GMK was rated as "2020 Guangdong Province Enterprise of Observing Contract and Valuing Credit".

  3. In September 2020, GMK was awarded the "Sanshui District Government Quality Award" by the Sanshui District Government of Foshan City.

  4. In July 2020, the GMK project "Automatic Continuous Production Line of Positive and Negative Slurries for Lithium-ion Batteries" was awarded the "First Prize of Science and Technology of Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society" by Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society.

  5. In May 2020, GMK's "environmental management system" completed the review and complied with GB/T24001-2016/ISO 14001:2015. The certification scope includes the design, manufacture and sales of organic silicon, polymer materials, lithium battery manufacturing equipment and the related The relevant occupational health and safety management activities of the site.

  6. In May 2020, GMK's "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" completed the review and complied with GB/T45000-2020/ISO 45001:2018. The certification scope includes the design, manufacture and sales of silicone, polymer materials, lithium battery manufacturing equipment and Relevant environmental management activities of the sites involved.

• 2019

• 2018

  1. The Second-generation Intelligent color mixer has been put into operation successfully.

  2. Stone rubber automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  3. GMK is certified by IATF16949:2016.

• 2017

  1. GMK become a listed company.

  2. Rubber automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  3. The Second-generation Intelligent color mixer project was established.

  4. Rolling and Cutting All-In-One machine has been put into operation successfully.

  5. Parallel Double-surface High Speed Precision Coater successfully developed.

  6. SLG-95 Automatic Battery Slurry Continuously Piping Production Line successfully developed.

  7. 6μm Cu foil and 12μm Al foil Slot Die Type Wide High-Speed Single (Double) Surface Coater has been put into application successfully.

• 2016

  1. Li-battery Powder (Liquid) Automatic Proportioning System has been put into operation successfully.

  2. Ternary material power lithium battery cathode slurry automatic continuous production line successfully developed.

  3. Lithium titanate power lithium battery anode slurry automatic continuous production line successfully developed.

  4. LGY series precision roller and lithium battery cathode and anode slurry screw mixing automatic production line was identified as Guangdong high-tech products in 2016.

  5. GMK was identified as the "12th Five-Year" Chinese oil and chemical outstanding private enterprises, Foshan "Made-In-China 2025" demonstration enterprises, Foshan clean production enterprises and the 2016 Guangdong Labor Medal of labor.

  6. The new high-tech enterprise of GMK has been reconfirmed.

• 2015

  1. The electronic industrial adhesive automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  2. The polyurethane adhesive automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  3. The die slot type and vertical plate type single (double) surface coater of lithium battery has been developed successfully.

  4. The high precision roller of lithium battery has been developed successfully.

  5. Power lithium battery cathode and anode slurry automatic continuous production is selected for frontier and key technology innovation in Guangdong province.

  6. The development and application of RTV silicone rubber automatic production line was selected as the national Torch Plan industrialization demonstration project.

• 2014

  1. The Guangdong provincial enterprise technology center and Guangdong province organosilicon compound automation equipment engineering technology research center was set up;

  2. The company's trademark has been identified as a famous trademark in Guangdong.

  3. Lithium battery cathode and anode slurry automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  4. The company has been identified as a Key High-tech Enterprise of the national Torch Program, excellent private enterprise in China's petroleum and chemical industry and advantageous intellectual property enterprise in Guangdong.

  5. The fully automatic NC production line of methyl vinyl silicone rubber has been selected for the Guangdong provincial NC generation machinery product innovation application demonstration project.

  6. The full-automatic production line of HTV silicone rubber has been developed successfully.

• 2013

  1. The company was renamed FOSHAN GOLDEN MILKY WAY INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD.

  2. The multi-color static filling machine is developed successfully.

  3. The super low viscosity 107 polymer reaction device was established and developed successfully.

  4. Twin-screw automatic 107 polymer production line project was established.

  5. Silicone automatic continuous production line was identified as the implementation plan of Guangdong patent technology in 2013.

• 2012

  1. Silicone rubber neutral, neutral transparent and acidic 96 type automatic lines have been widely applied in China.

  2. LTL series lithium battery automatic batching system has been developed successfully.

  3. The lithium battery slurry screw mixing automatic production line project was established.

  4. The silicone automatic production line was identified by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation as "advanced international level" and awarded the certification of scientific and technological achievements.

  5. GMK receive the TUV ISO9001:2008 certification in Rhine, Germany.

  6. The development and application of Silicone sealant series automatic continuous production line is listed as the national Torch Plan in 2012.

• 2011

  1. LDH planetary dispersing power mixer (BT explosion-proof) has been developed successfully.

  2. The project of polychromatic static loading machine was established.

  3. WGF-300L reciprocating vacuum high-speed dispersing mixer project was established and successfully developed.

  4. Automatic hot vulcanization high temperature silicone rubber production line project was established.

  5. The static mixer and silicone sealant automatic production line has been identified as the new technology product in Guangdong in 2011.

• 2010

  1. Set up the Sales Department of lithium battery equipment.

  2. Automatic acidic and neutral transparent automatic production line has been put into operation successfully.

  3. The automatic acidic base material production line is put into operation successfully.

• 2009

• 2002

  1. Foshan Golden Milky Way Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.

  2. Continuous process and batch process of raw rubber complete sets of equipment and production lines have been established and successfully developed.

  3. Kneader and planetary mix are put into production and use in mold glue, silicone sealant and high temperature glue industry.

  4. Two component liquid silica gel complete sets of equipment and production line were established and successfully developed.
